Clients retain full ownership of their manuscripts, stories, and uploaded materials. Hoala Publishing does not claim rights to client-owned intellectual property.

You may not copy, share, resell, or distribute any Hoala Publishing content without written permission.

 

5. Digital Products

Digital items such as templates, guides, eBooks, and downloadable resources are delivered electronically. All digital product sales are final due to the nature of instant access.

Unauthorized sharing, distribution, or resale is not permitted.

 

6. Courses and Membership Programs

Access to online courses and membership programs is granted for the duration specified at the time of purchase. Sharing login information with others is not allowed.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

 

7. Payments and Billing
